Air bubbles, crazes, cracks, flow marks and inefficient transparence are caused by material which is not completely dried before molding. Engineering plastic, such as: PA, PC, PBT, PET, NYLON,ect, contain much humidity and cannot be dried completely by hopper dryers.

With honeycle dehumidifier, honeycomb rotor provides drying air with dew point under-40^oC that  can remove the humidity in the material and reduce it below 0.02% before molding.


The DF series dryers are available in "side-mounted" and "floor-standing" styles. The "hot air down-blowing" and "air cyclone exhausting" principles ensure uniform drying effects.They are particularly suitable for use with honeycomb dehumidifiers to dry engineering plastics.

The models below DF5000 can choose side-mounted type, directly installed on the side wall of thermal drying barrel, models above DF6000 are floor-standing type, hoppers can be installed on the bracket of insulation drying barrel. Drying capacity ranges from 5~3000kg/h.

10.  Optional ladders for DF15000 or above;
11. When the high temperature type is selected, the whole machine is fully insulated;
