Product Description
The DF series dryers are available in "side-mounted" and "floor-standing" styles. The "hot air down-blowing" and "air cyclone exhausting" principles ensure uniform drying effects.They are particularly suitable for use with honeycomb dehumidifiers to dry engineering plastics.
The models below DF5000 can choose side-mounted type, directly installed on the side wall of thermal drying barrel, models above DF6000 are floor-standing type, hoppers can be installed on the bracket of insulation drying barrel. Drying capacity ranges from 5~3000kg/h.
Features: 1. Microcomputer control for precise temperature control;
2. Made of double-layer stainless steel, it has good insulation effect and saves energy;
3. Equipped with inlet lid to facilitate the installation of auto loader;
4. Adopting "hot air down-blowing type" and "air cyclone exhausting", it can evenly disperse hot air, stabilize temperature and improve drying efficiency;
5. There are overheating safety protection devices to reduce accidents caused by human or mechanical failures;
6. Automatic start/stop timer one week to achieve power saving purposes;
7. With safety protection devices such as over-temperature overload;
8. The barrel is designed with a sight glass, which has good sealing and convenient for material clearing;
9. There are suction box, tripod, door magnet, magnetic base, fan inlet filter, hot air collector, exhaust air filter for optional;
10. Optional ladders for DF15000 or above;
11. When the high temperature type is selected, the whole machine is fully insulated;
